How long does it take for my order to be made? 

Each item is made-in-house. Time can range from 1-6 weeks, so please be patient as your order is prepared for you.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed, transit time may range anywhere from 3 to 10 days. Shipping/Transit times are based on carrier transit times and they are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to any inconveniences. 

All orders are processed between Monday-Friday.

How do I track my order?

Once everything has been processed & shipped out, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and your designated shipping carrier. 

Please make sure to double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. 

Cancellations

You will have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. Afterwards, it is too late to cancel.

Returns/Exchanges

CURRENTLY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, we will send a replacement or offer a refund for the damaged/missing item. You may reach us via the "contact" tab on the site within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered.
